  • Bathing Suit Returns

    ALL Bathing Suits are FINAL Sale! There are No Returns, exchanges or refunds on Bathing Suit purchases ; due to sanitary reasons.

    In general we typically recommend going one size up than normal sizing when purchasing bathing suits but for specific size questions or concerns on particular bathing suit styles email us prior to purchasing.

  • Hat / Headwear Returns

    ALL Hat and headwear Orders are FINAL Sale! There are No Returns, exchanges or refunds on Hat / headwear purchases ; due to sanitary reasons.

  • Under Garment , Lifting/Slimming/Augmenting & Concealing Product Returns

    All under garment products including underwear , lifters, slimming , augmenting products , concealing products ; and in fact any type of under garment or product that fits in any of the above mentioned categories is final sale and not returnable , refundable or exchangeable in any way due to sanitary reasons. Princess Armor will not take any type of return for any under garment products due to sanitary reasons.

  • CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED Item(s) Returns

    All CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED Items of any kind are final sale , not returnable for any reason for refund, exchange or store credit. Those items are made to order and customized for the customers and are not able to be resold. For those reasons custom and personalized items of any kind are final sale and not eligible for any type of return. If Custom / Personalized items are returned Princess Armor is not responsible for them and is not responsible to ship back to the customer or process any type of return for those type of products.

  • Are there any restocking fees for any returns?

    As of 12/1/2017 , there is a tiered restocking fee depending on the dollar amount of the returned items. For returned items totaling $150-$199 , there is a 10% restocking fee , for returned items valued totaling $200-$300 there is a 15% restocking fee. For returned items/orders valued at $301-$450 there is a 20% restocking fee . For any returns in which the returned items total $451 dollars and above there is a 25% restocking fee. Any restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount. For returned items totaling $149 or less there is no restocking fee.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes we we ship almost everywhere internationally ; however certain countries that either do not allow , have restrictions , or have repeated issues shipping to them we no longer will ship to those countries. International shipping takes longer in some countries than in others, so please email us if concerned or for a particular shipping time estimate and/or exclusions for any specific country. Although rare , international customers are responsible for any taxes or fees that result from international shipment. These are quite rare but in the event they do occur the customer is responsible to pay these fees, not Princess Armor.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Receiving an order depends on when your order(s) ship out ; which is determined by the ordered item(s)' inventory status. Pre-Orders take 2-5 weeks from ordering to come in to us , before we can ship them out. Most in-stock items ship out in approximately 1-3 business days. And items that are in transit to us usually take around 7 business days to ship out. Most all items are marked accordingly with their inventory status on the site as well as written in the item's product description.

    In most cases for most domestic USA orders if multiple items are purchased in the same order and have different inventory statuses we will ship the order in multiple shipments (at no additional cost to the customer) to get out the items that are or come in stock once they arrive to us. Any preorders or delayed items in an order with multiple items with differing inventory statuses will ship afterwards once they arrive in stock .

    For international orders , we almost always wait for all items to be in stock before shipping out all together in one shipment to avoid any shipping complications.

    Please feel free to email us any questions or concerns with any item(s) inventory status either prior to or after placing an order. Once an order Actually Ships Out and is in the Carrier's hands most domestic USA orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and where a customer is located in proximity to our shipping location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 - 10 weeks depending on a particular country's postal service and customs. For International orders , the vast majority of the packages arrive to customers within 8-12 business days.
    However, various countries' customs can hold packages for a period of time before delivery which can delay arrival.

    For any concerns regarding delivery estimates or any mailed items / orders , either prior to or after ordering , please contact us via email and we can answer any and all inquiries.

  • How long does it take for my order to process?

    Provided the item(s) in an order are in stock , orders are usually processed between / within approximately 1-3 business days. In most cases in-stock orders are processed the same or next business day. In the event items are not in stock , processing will be delayed until the item is in stock. Items in transit restock quickly as we constantly have deliveries with items coming in / restocking almost everyday.   • How long do Preorders take to process and ship out?

    Preoders' time estimates vary from item to item. They usually take anywhere from 2-5 weeks for processing and shipment to customers. Preordering is a great way to reserve yet to be released items and guarantee them ahead of time , before they sell out.

  • What if I need an item(s) for a certain date?

    Please contact us at [email protected] , prior to purchasing if any item(s) are needed for a particular date. We will provide you shipping options and estimates, if the item is in stock , when will be in stock , when it will be shipping out ; and if the date is realistic/possible for the receiving of ordered item(s). Princess Armor is not responsible for items arriving by a certain date for any reason ; however , please contact us ahead of time to best discuss the options to get any item(s)/order(s) by the time needed.

  • How long do cell phone cases take to make and ship?

    Cell phone cases' completion time estimates vary from style to style. In general most cases take around a week or two to be made up, glued, dried and shipped out (unless otherwise indicated on the product listing) . All our cases are handmade and custom. Cases are hand placed and glued and at least 4-7 days afterwards must be allowed for the case to fully dry before they are shipped out (in order to ensure decorations adhere strong). Printed cases are also done in house ; but also allow around a week for the printed design to be formatted, printed out on the case and drying time (to make sure case is fully dried) prior to shipment. Time estimates for custom personalized cases may take a little longer. For custom requested personalized cases certain decorations may need to be ordered out and designs must be agreed upon via email discussion and pics with the customer which can make it a slightly longer process than our already designed case styles listed on our site. If any personalization/customization requests are desired to one of our existing/listed case styles please email us prior to purchase (rather than after) as in most instances the cases are started to be made not long after purchased. This way we can let you know if it is possible to alter one of our designs and if any fees are incurred (due to some decorations increase the price of already designed case styles) ; and some decorations may not fit one of our listed designs ; so please email us prior to purchase.

  • What if my order is taking longer than usual to get to me once shipped?

    Once orders are shipped , Princess Armor is not in control of shipping carriers procedures , practices and/or policies. Please understand like almost all companies we rely on shipping carriers and once orders are shipped packages are in the hands and control of the shipping carrier.

    Although quite infrequent , shipping delays can happen for various reasons. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns if packages are taking longer than expected or any general shipping inquiries.

    As an additional resource, the shipping company used for your order can be contacted directly for more/further information. Please go through the shipping company's site to do an electronic enquiry or to obtain their phone number (we almost always use USPS which is www.USPS.com ) with the tracking number and they can provide additional information.

  • Can I amend/change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

    Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We highly recommend providing the correct shipping address at checkout ; because once orders are shipped we can not redirect them and are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address , on account of customer error. If an address was inputted incorrectly or the wrong address given please notify us immediately via email and we will try to remedy this issue. As we stated we highly recommend providing the correct shipping address at checkout because even when we notify (leave an electronic note) for the shipping department ; due to the high shipping volume they can occasionally overlook it. Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Any issues regarding shipping and in this case particularly shipping addresses after orders are placed please email us right away.

  • Can I expedite shipping or add insurance on an order(s)?

    Yes both are available. For a fee shipping can be expedited ; the expedited fee is determined by the size and weight of the order/package and the degree of shipping speed requested by the customer. Insurance can also be added for a fee , this fee is determined by the tier of shipping , the package(s)' size/weight , as well as cost of the order , and desired dollar amount of insurance. These added shipping features can only be completed prior to shipment. Once shipped these actions can no longer be applied ; if either or both of these features are wanted please email us prior to placing the order to discuss pricing or immediately after placing an order as any added shipping services can only be added prior to any shipment.
